This is by far the best computer I ever owned and I owned over 10 different computers. The quality is unsurpassed, and it is clear that to get the most for your money.

Both were proven false when I was with this amazing computer. Do not pay for the brand, you are paying for top-of-the-line technology and an environment of computers and audio capabilities.

If you're looking netbook that is small and lightweight, the Acer Aspire AS1410-8414 is the right choice. This is a netbook with steroids. I have to wait for Windows 7 a free upgrade CD to keep. I actually repartitioned and installed Ubuntu 9.04, when I review this. Ubuntu 9.04 supports all the hardware (microphone, webcam, etc.), and all I have to do is turn on the IDE drive in the BIOS. Ubuntu is amazing, it takes about 2 minutes to start and stop. I also use a tool for managing the CPU to the maximum processor speed, and flies. (Trying to save even slow down the processor)

I ordered this notebook running Ubuntu Linux. It works very well. Every piece of hardware works automatically with no configuration necessary. Video games without problems in both VLC and Flash in the browser, and the sound is great. Suspend / resume is a dream to work, and 2 GB of memory is sufficient.

I like to use the laptop, and I recommend it to anyone looking for something on the border between notebooks and netbooks.
